I am excited to introduce myself to you as the new Executive Director of St. Aloysius. I am honored for the opportunity to empower our organization as we continue to achieve great things. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strategic, visionary, and results-oriented leadership. I am committed to providing equitable access to quality behavioral health and educational services for children that have experienced trauma or academic and mental health challenges.
As the former Administrative Director of Academic Services for St. Aloysius, I was responsible for all operational aspects of our educational services across our organization. For four years, I worked beside Pam Shannon, our former Executive Director, prior to her retirement. Pam paved the way by providing financial sustainability and developing a strong Strategic Leadership Team and committed board of directors.
As we move forward, our strategic initiatives focus on growing and diversifying revenue across the organization, attracting and retaining professional talent, and utilizing data analytics. Our goal is to be the leading behavioral health services provider to the children we serve in Southwest Ohio.
St. Aloysius has been serving children for over 180 years and we will continue to meet the needs of the most vulnerable children in our community for another 180 years. I am excited to work with each of you to make an impact on the children St. Al's serves.
Looking forward to our bright future,
Linda M. Hart
